Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery will be for the purchaser’s account and will be calculated via a third-party delivery platform. These costs will be reflected at the acceptance of the cart and before payment. Unless delivery is stated as “FREE” and will be stated in the product specification sheet.

The cost for delivery may vary from location to location.

Although we endeavour to deliver every order as timorously as possible, delays do occur. No liability for damages or losses resulting from delays for whatever reason will be accepted by Stink.co.za

Stink.co.za holds the right to cancel any contract of sale and refund the customer.

Deliveries will be done during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Tracking numbers will be mailed to the email provided at registration, once third-party couriers have collected the order.

Returns Policy

Products come with an unconditional customer satisfaction guarantee that will be indicated on the product specification sheet. Please ensure you print or save this specification sheet on the day of purchase to ensure tangible reference should claims arise.

Products can be be returned and refunded as guided by the Consumer Protection Act. Products couriered will be subjected to a 20% “RE-STOCKING FEE” to compensate for the expense of third party shipping agents. All products returned for refunds must be in the original packaging and found to be unused. Products not in original packaging will be levied a repackaging charges.

Products found to be defective on return inspection will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with the National Consumer Act. These products will also not be subjected to any courier fees.

Products returned for warranty claims will be inspected for defects and dealt with in line with policy.

Fair use may be levied.

Become a Supplier

Retailers and manufacturers are welcome to make use of the Stink.co.za platform. Applications can be mail with a detailed description and product info to info@stink.co.za for review. Applicants will be contacted for additional details and assistance with login details.

All products offered through Stink.co.za will be assessed before becoming available on the platform. This ensures quality and builds confidence with the platform users.

All products or services will be evaluated. Stink reserves the right to reject product or service offerings.
